Kitab Khana is thrilled to finally launch the Kitab Klub - a book club for grown ups!

Led by Aloka Mehta Gambhir, the Klub launches on Saturday, March 25th at 4pm with Age of Vice by Deepti Kapoor.

First book on the list is: AGE OF VICE by Deepti Kapoor. Equal parts crime thriller and family saga, transporting readers from the dusty villages of Uttar Pradesh to the urban energy of New Delhi, Age of Vice is an intoxicating novel of gangsters and lovers, false friendships, forbidden romance, and the consequences of corruption. It is binge-worthy entertainment at its literary best and a perfect launch to what we hope will be a dynamic, exciting book club!

Aloka likes nothing better than to read and talk about books all day and writes about books on her page @allys_bookshelf on Instagram. She has been hosting book clubs for the past two years and has been part of book clubs for a few years before that and believes that book clubs can open up enriching avenues for people to come together. She is looking forward to help build a community book club at Kitab Khana.
